麵屋壓軸 | 豆乳雞白湯專賣 鍋燒意麵
Soy Milk & Chicken Broth Nabeyaki Noodles
Tainan is known for the abundant delicacies and amazing food in Taiwan. One of the most infamous types of food to eat is the Nabeyaki Noodle (鍋燒意麵). Every time I travel to Tainan, I make sure to eat Nabeyaki Noodles (鍋燒意麵). Luckily I found this on google maps and made my way over not knowing that this would be one of the BEST Nabeyaki Noodles (鍋燒意麵) I’ve had in all of Taiwan. The highlight of this dish at this specific restaurant is the homemade broth with soymilk and chicken broth. They serve limited amount of bowls everyday, so make sure you come que up on time!

About 麵屋壓軸 | Noodle House Finale
Opened in 2023 *fairly new restaurant
The store used to be an old school salon, and the owner of the noodle shop wanted to keep parts of the salon history by keeping the exterior and interior decor pieces.
The new noodle store concept is focused on merging the Taiwanese and Japanese culture of food and heritage
About the Dining:
Everyday, the food is served until sold out
I arrived at 6:00pm and the “all clams” noodle was already sold out, so I ended up ordering their “original soymilk chicken broth noodle”: 鍋燒意麵-定番豆乳鶏白湯 NT$180
For those that find peeling shrimp a hassle, you can swap out your shrimp for extra pork slices.
They provide free rice to add to any leftover soup at the end of the meal, but I was way to full to even try this.
You can choose between Nabeyaki Noodles (鍋燒意麵) and Udon Noodles (烏龍麵).
